Returns Process:

Return or Exchanges:
Any item, unless stated otherwise, that has been purchased within 30-days of the initial transaction is eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. These items must be unused, unwashed and contain the original tagging to be accepted. A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
This guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Goods purchased through The People’s Tuna LLC are made on limited editions and go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the original purchase amount or offer credit, in the same purchase amount, towards a new design. Additionally, for exchanges that can be made, the exchanges will not be exactly the same as the original purchase. The reason for this is that each piece is individually handcrafted, therefore in a set design, no exact duplicates can be made. All custom pieces are final sale. No exchanges will be made for custom pieces, though replacements will be made for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Damages:
Unfortunately, despite our attention to quality control, we get a damaged product here and there. Any product that has been received damaged or with a defect is refundable. Any item that has been washed, worn or used before the damage or defect occurred must be reviewed further by our team before replacing the item.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail:
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. The People’s Tuna is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Packages must be postmarked within 180 days of purchase.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
